1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jewelscoaching.com and any coaching, programmes, resources or other services offered by Jewels, trading as Jewels Coaching ("Jewels Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). The legal owner name must be confirmed before publication.
By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Additional written terms may apply to a particular coaching programme. If programme-specific terms conflict with these website Terms, the programme-specific terms will control for that service.
2. Eligibility
The website and coaching services are intended for people aged 18 or over. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement.
3. Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative, educational and personal-development service. It may include coaching, relationship education, mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, spirituality and other agreed approaches.
You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, wellbeing and results. You agree to communicate relevant needs and concerns, participate in agreed sessions and seek appropriately qualified professional help where required.
4. Coaching Is Not Professional Treatment or Advice
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice or crisis support. Jewels Coaching does not replace a licensed healthcare, mental-health, legal or financial professional.
Do not use the website or coaching services for an emergency. Contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional if you are at risk of harm or need urgent assistance.
Services & Payment
5. No Guarantee of Results
Examples, testimonials and descriptions of possible outcomes do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation and actions.
6. Applications and Suitability
Submitting a coaching application does not create a coaching relationship or guarantee acceptance. We may decline an application or recommend another type of support if we believe the service is not suitable.
A coaching relationship begins only when both parties agree to work together and any required agreement and payment have been completed.
7. Fees and Payment
Prices and payment terms will be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, proposal or coaching agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Before completing a payment, please review the terms and conditions applicable to your chosen payment service and country or region: Stripe legal terms and PayPal legal agreements. You authorise the applicable payment processor to charge the agreed amount according to the selected payment schedule.
If a payment plan is offered, it is a commitment to pay the full programme price rather than a pay-per-session arrangement, unless the written offer states otherwise.
Client decision required: confirm currencies, instalment rules, failed-payment process, taxes and whether access may be paused for overdue payments.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
This section must not be published until the client agrees the policy.
The final policy should state:
• The notice required to reschedule a session.
• What happens after a late cancellation or missed session.
• Whether unused sessions expire.
• Any cooling-off or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
• Whether programme fees are refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable.
• What happens if Jewels Coaching cancels a session or ends a programme.
• Any exceptions for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
Until written terms are agreed, no blanket "no refunds" statement should be used.
Client Responsibilities
9. Client Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or services, interfere with systems, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, submit unlawful material or record or distribute coaching sessions without written permission.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, abusive conduct, safety concerns or circumstances that make coaching inappropriate. Any financial consequences will follow the written cancellation and refund terms applicable to the service.
10. Confidentiality
We will handle coaching communications with care and according to the Privacy Policy and any coaching agreement. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, needed to protect legal rights or safety, authorised by you, or necessary for service providers to perform contracted functions.
Coaching is not legally privileged in the same way as communications with certain licensed professionals or lawyers.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, coaching materials, recordings, exercises, designs, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Jewels Coaching and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, teach from, modify or create derivative products from the materials without written permission, except where the law permits otherwise.
12. Testimonials and Publicity
We will not use your name, image, story or testimonial in marketing without your permission. Any separate testimonial release will explain the agreed use.

13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and services may use or link to third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, video calls, email, forms, hosting or other functions. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, subject to applicable law.
14. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the website and materials available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue website content or services where reasonably necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewels Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Legal review required: a US attorney licensed in the confirmed state should tailor this section to the business model, services, insurance and applicable consumer-protection rules.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms.
General Terms & Contact
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the client's confirmed US state. California is the working assumption but must be verified before publication. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through direct written communication.
Client and legal decision required: confirm the appropriate county and courts, and whether mediation or arbitration will be required. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices or law. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable coaching agreement or programme terms form the agreement concerning the relevant services.
